Our Support Services team connects residents with resources, partners, and one-on-one guidance to make sure everyone feels supported in their home and community.
What we do
Crisis Intervention
Immediate support in times of emergency or unexpected challenges.
Community Connection
Opportunities to engage with neighbors, attend events + participate in DP programs.
Goal Setting + Coaching
Helping residents pursue education, employment and long-term success.
Resident Support Coordination
One-on-one guidance with housing stability, budgeting and navigating resources.
Referrals + Partnerships
Connections to healthcare, food access, transportation, workforce development, and more.
