NEIGHBORING PROGRAM

The Neighboring Program connects community members with opportunities to volunteer at Dwelling Place. From welcome home baskets to neighborhood clean sweeps, Neighboring is about showing up, lending a hand, and building relationships that strengthen our communities.

What’s the neighboring program?

The Neighboring Program is an initiative by Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids, designed to encourage community involvement and support for our residents. Volunteers in this program engage with neighbors and residents through various activities, providing support, building relationships, and fostering a sense of belonging within the community.

How Can You Get Involved?

Neighboring offers a variety of ways to volunteer. Whether you have an hour or a season, there’s a place for you.

Community Garden

Event Support
