Overton Development

Dwelling Place is partnering with the City of South Haven to bring new affordable housing opportunities to the Overton Site. This thoughtfully designed development will provide high-quality, energy-efficient homes that honor the character of the surrounding neighborhood while enhancing the area’s walkability and connection to community spaces.

The project aims to support South Haven’s local workforce and families through a people-centered design that fosters connection, accessibility, and long-term stability. With a focus on sustainability, green space, and resident well-being, this development continues Dwelling Place’s mission to create homes that strengthen communities across West Michigan.
