Bringing inclusivity to the riverfront.

Dwelling Place, in partnership with P.S. Equities, is planning a 6-story affordable housing development at 427 & 449 Market Avenue SW. Located along the Grand River and near the site of Grand Rapids’ future amphitheater, the development will create between 90 quality, affordable homes for residents of all backgrounds.

This project is envisioned as a vibrant, inclusive space that makes the riverfront more accessible while contributing to the growing energy of the downtown Market Avenue corridor.
