Property Management Team Completes Advanced CHAM Training

Last week, members of our Dwelling Place Property Management team participated in a three-day training through CHAM (Certified Housing Asset Manager®) — an advanced-level program that equips housing professionals with the tools to ensure the long-term health and success of affordable housing portfolios.

The CHAM designation focuses on strategic asset management, financial sustainability, and stewardship — all essential to the ongoing success of Dwelling Place communities.

We’re proud of our team’s commitment to continued learning and their dedication to managing our properties with excellence, accountability, and long-term impact in mind.
